LEOS Mobile App

The LEOS mobile app is a field-service and asset-management tool used by Lafayette Engineering employees, contractors, and our business customers. It is not intended for use by the general public. In addition to the account information described above, the mobile app collects:

  • Location data: with your device's permission, the app uses GPS location to match you to the nearest job site and support on-site work verification. For fleet vehicles, location is also used to track vehicle location during active use. Location is only collected while the relevant feature is in use.
  • Photos, documents, and signatures: images, PDFs, and signature captures you upload or create in connection with tickets, work orders, asset records, or compliance documentation.
  • Camera access: used only to scan barcodes/QR codes for parts and asset lookup; we do not store camera footage beyond the captured image, if any.
  • Push notification tokens: used to deliver notifications about tickets, work orders, and requests assigned to you.

We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for advertising purposes. You can control location and camera permissions through your device's operating system settings; disabling them may limit certain features (such as nearest-site matching or barcode scanning). Fleet vehicle location pings are retained for a limited period (currently up to 30 days) and then purged.
